Facilities Engineering Manager

C&W Services seeks an energetic and dedicated Engineering Manager for the overall engineering and facilities management of a retail shopping complex located in Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical and fire alarm systems.
• Oversee all repairs and maintenance, capital projects and construction renovations.
• Oversee all property service vendors, preventive maintenance programs, tenant requests, and emergency repairs.
• Lead, direct and train general maintenance technicians and handymen.
• Diagnose and perform corrective measures needed for HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine interior and exterior building and site inspections focused on aesthetics.
• Maintain and develop strong tenant relations.
• Prevent, minimize, and cure property violations.
• Prepare, prioritize, and forecast budgets for property maintenance and capital projects.
• Review tenant leases and exhibits for compliance.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, maintain all equipment logs, schedule all required testing and inspections.

The compensation for the position is : $110,500.00 - $130,000.00
