Job Details
Our client is seeking a lawyer with 5+ years of construction, procurement, and project development experience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in project development within the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors, or extensive construction experience, particularly with large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience should include negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements.
This role provides an opportunity to work on high-profile projects in renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy transition technologies.
This role will sit on our market-leading Projects team. The Projects team is Band 1 Chambers-ranked in all relevant categories and works on some of the most innovative, complex, and challenging projects in the world. This position may be located in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, or Washington,
Key Requirements :
5+ years of experience as a project development lawyer.
Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
Strong academic credentials.
