We are a local general contractor seeking energetic, self starting assistant superintendent for multi-family and townhome projects in the Greensboro, NC and Winston Salem, NC area. Must have 3+ years experience in the construction industry,. Some out of town travel may be required.

R esponsibilities :

• Assist job superintendent on daily operation of construction projects
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Punch List inspection and unit turn over responsibility
