Position Summary :
The Site Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the home building process from start to finish. This includes overseeing multiple homes under construction, ensuring quality and safety standards, maintaining schedules and budgets, managing trade contractors, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The role requires leadership, organization, and effective communication across internal teams, trade partners, and homebuyers.

Base Salary : The expected base salary range for this position is between $115,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset.

Physical Requirements :
This position involves both office and field responsibilities. The employee must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs and ladders, reach, and walk on uneven or active construction terrain. The employee must be capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and safely operating a motor vehicle. Clear vision, hearing, and speech are necessary to perform essential job functions effectively. Work may occur in a variety of environments, including heat, cold, and inclement weather, with possible exposure to hazardous materials. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to hard hats, steel-toe boots, eye protection, hearing protection, and respiratory protection, may be required. Proficiency in operating a computer is essential.

Supervisory Responsibilities :
Directly supervises assistant superintendents, laborers, subcontractors, and vendors on the job site. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Trains employees, plans, assigns, and directs work.
Travel Requirements :
Occasional travel may be required. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times.
Safety Requirements :
This position is a safety sensitive position and includes tasks or duties that could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task and others. This position requires safety training provided by the company.
