Lifeguards Wanted

Join the team at Urbana Country Club, where excellence meets opportunity. We are currently seeking Lifeguards to join our aquatics staff at our luxurious facility. At UCC, we are passionate about service, committed to safety, and dedicated to the growth of our team.

What We're Looking For : Talented, dependable individuals who are passionate about water safety and instruction. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you're driven, professional, and enthusiastic, we want to hear from you.

Preferred Minimum Requirements :

  • Swim experience capable of fulfilling the American Red Cross Prerequisites, which consist of a 150-yard swim, a 2 : 00-minute tread, a 50-yard swim, and a timed brick retrieval assessment
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season and through September
  • A minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Lifeguard certification required (we can guide you to training opportunities if needed)
