Facilities Coordinator
Madison College is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at the Fort Atkinson Campus. This role involves hands-on work in custodial services, grounds maintenance, and a range of campus operations. It is distinguished from other custodial positions by the level of physical effort, independence, and the broader scope of responsibilities required to support campus operations.
While overall direction is provided by the Campus Operations Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is expected to adapt their daily schedule to accommodate immediate, non-standard (special events), and emergency requirements, ensuring appropriate service delivery. Also, will oversee inventory, cleaning materials, and necessary equipment for task execution.
Position Details :
Schedule : This is a part-time position scheduled for 25 hours per week, primarily Monday through Thursday evenings from 4 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm with occasional Saturday shifts from 7 : 30am to 12 : 00pm. There is flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed to fulfill weekly hour requirements.
Shift Differential Pay : This position will earn a $1.00 per hour shift differential for all hours worked between 6 : 00pm and 6 : 00am, as well as for any hours worked on Sundays.
