Salary Range : $68,000 - $74,000
Position Summary : The Assistant Community School Director is responsible for assisting the Community School Director in the oversight / management and direct supervision of all activities, programs, services and supports implemented within the Whitney Young Jr Campus. He / she will also supervise specific programs and initiatives such as the after school, holiday program, summer camp, parent engagement, attendance improvement and staff. As an employee of Children's Aid working at the Whitney Young Jr Campus, the Assistant Community School Director reports directly to the Whitney Young Jr Campus Community School Director.
Essential Duties :
The Assistant Community School Director will be expected to do the following :
Attendance Improvement, Early Childhood Transition Program, Family Engagement, Health and Wellness)
and participate in school governance structures.

Bachelors (required)
Experience
