Position : Scientific Marketing Manager / Director - CMC

Location : Remote, USA

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000

Are you a seasoned Process Chemist looking to make a splash in marketing?

Join our dynamic team at US Pharmaron as a Scientific Marketing Manager / Director. We're seeking a passionate individual with a proven track record in Process Chemistry (small molecule CMC) to help us elevate our brand and drive sales. We are looking for an experienced Process Chemist to work in our marketing function helping to create marketing material showcasing our diverse range and complex services specifically in the CMC sector. This role will look to work with and target the US, UK and European region. You will also be part of global marketing campaigns and provide technical input into those strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Craft compelling narratives : Translate complex scientific concepts into engaging stories that resonate with our audience.
• Lead marketing campaigns : Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with scientists : Partner with our R&D experts to create compelling content that showcases our expertise.
• Analyze and optimize : Track marketing performance, identify trends, and refine our strategies for maximum impact.
• Represent our brand : Manage our presence at industry conferences and events.
