Position : Press Operator / Tool Room Helper

Wage : $25 - $30 / hour

Shift : 3rd Shift, 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM (Friday hours as needed)

Schedule : Monday - Thursday

We are seeking candidates with a strong willingness to learn, especially individuals currently working as press operators or tool room helpers who are eager to advance their careers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Set up and change dies for repairs and preventative maintenance
• Support the Tool Room team with die changeovers
• Handle start-up, shutdown, and changeovers for robotic and press equipment
• Troubleshoot system functions and resolve problems as needed
• Perform maintenance, basic cleaning, and minor adjustments to robotic end-of-arm tools, automation nests, and sensors
• Guide robotic equipment through its operational path, including making minor adjustments to robot points
• Ensure the robotic press line operates at optimal conditions
• Reset and restore safety devices (e.g., emergency stops), and manage line start / stop procedures
• Conduct safety and automation inspections
• Cut banding on loads and perform labeling and final audits on finished products
• Maintain accurate records, keep the work area clean, and remove scrap materials
• Take on any other duties or tasks as assigned
