Social Worker I position provides case management support and services within the Foster Care and Adoptions Services and Complex Care Program. The position provides services to youth who meet criteria for the Complex Care program in partnership with Sacramento County CPS to ensure placement stability and safety of youth and families.

JOB SUMMARY :

Schedule : Monday through Friday, from am to pm

Works within the vision, mission and philosophy of the agency. The Social Worker I provides case management support and services typically within the Foster Care and Adoptions services to ensure the emotional and physical safety of youth and families.
