Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work (MSW preferred)Licensed or eligible for licensure in the stateExperience working with children adolescents and families in an educational or clinical settingStrong understanding of child development mental health trauma-informed care and crisis interventionExcellent interpersonal communication and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers administrators and behavior specialistsEmpathy cultural sensitivity and a commitment to equity and inclusionResponsibilities
