Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all critical care and stepdown services.
• Support and mentor the Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Partner with local critical access facilities for trauma patients.
• Champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all critical care areas.
• Lead department planning, budgeting, staffing, and development to support organizational goals and community needs.
