Job description

Lead our client's Guidewire center to shape claims systems for 1M+ policyholders. Manage a small dev team to design and support Guidewire ClaimCenter / ContactManager customizations that improve customer outcomes.

Compensation

  • 95,700 / year + up to 10% bonus (DOE).

    • What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the ClaimCenter / ContactManager configuration / dev team.
  • Design, build, release, and support Guidewire integrations.
  • Document requirements, test, and create release branches.
  • Monitor production, troubleshoot, and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Review code, estimate work, and coordinate across centers.

    • What You'll Need to be Considered

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of Guidewire development experience.
  • Deep Guidewire expertise; GW cert preferred.
  • GOSU, Java, XML, SQL Server and modern VCS proficiency.
  • Insurance domain experience and quick comprehension of customizations.
