A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will assist healthcare providers, veterans, and beneficiaries with claims inquiries. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and provide first call resolution for claims-related inquiries Research and evaluate medical claims for proper adjudication and document call activity Maintain knowledge of VA regulations and ensure all calls are resolved before the end of the shift Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word Data entry and 10 key experience necessary Preferred 1-2 years' experience in customer service and / or call center environment
