Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Your Mission : Core Responsibilities & Technical Challenges

Your role is broken down into four key domains of ownership. You will be the primary technical authority, responsible for both high-level architecture and hands-on execution.

1. Enterprise Platform Architecture & Development (Sales, Service, FSL)

You will engineer the central nervous system for our global commercial operations.

• Architect & Build : Design and construct robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Deep FSL Customization : Go beyond standard configuration. You'll implement and enhance advanced FSL functionalities, including complex scheduling and dispatching logic, work order automation, service console optimization, and custom mobile flows for our field technicians.
• Performance & Scalability : Ensure our org performs flawlessly under heavy load, optimizing for governor limits, API usage, and large data volumes. Your designs must anticipate future growth.

2. Advanced Application Development (Apex & LWC)

You will write the clean, powerful code that brings your architectural vision to life.

3. System Integration & Data Integrity

You will be the bridge connecting Salesforce to our broader enterprise technology landscape.

4. Experience Cloud & Community Enablement

You will build the digital gateways for our partners and customers.

Salary Range

113,000 - $145, 000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
