Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning and performance optimization Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement strategies Promote a culture of inclusion and manage employee relations issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR business partner or generalist role Experience supporting a manufacturing population is required Solid understanding of HR disciplines and California employment laws Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred
