Tax Accountant

The Tax Accountant will be responsible for managing the organization's tax obligations, preparing accurate tax filings, supporting audits, managing payments across multiple entity countries, and advising on tax-efficient strategies for Sitero and the various family office businesses. This role requires strong and broad knowledge across corporate taxation, including United States federal, state, and international tax compliance for Sitero, the family office, and various real-estate ventures on and offshore.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare and file US federal, state, and local tax returns for the organization and subsidiaries across international entity locations such as Canada, United Kingdom, Poland, and Australia.
Process and drive completion of all payments across multiple entities
Analyze tax implications of business transactions, contracts, and cross-border research agreements.
Reduce cost of accountants by preparing and completing tax filings internally
Partner with project management, legal, and operations teams to ensure contracts and vendor relationships are tax-compliant.
