A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - 2nd Shift. Key Responsibilities Review sales contracts to ensure accuracy and proper product inclusion Provide feedback to the sales team regarding discrepancies in measurements or pricing Conduct introductory calls with new customers to discuss orders and schedule installations Required Qualifications Customer service and data entry experience Basic computer knowledge Strong analytical skills Experience in reviewing construction or sales contracts (preferred) Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
