Position Summary
The Site Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of crane equipment and services at remote job sites. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of crane operations and safety protocols. A successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, government personnel, and key stakeholders to understand project requirements, design-tailored solutions, and ensure successful project delivery, while playing a pivotal role in driving development and execution of solutions for government contract requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Manage day-to-day field crane operations at China Lake Navy Air Weapons Station in Ridgecrest CA.
Manage project schedules including crane program master schedule.
Develop and maintain relationships with the customer contact(s), project manager(s) and element leads.
Coordinate and integrate Critical Crane Lifts / rigging plans with customers, operators and craft personnel.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all project participants.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of construction project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
