Why Our Sales Team Loves It Here :

Fair pay : We're offering a solid start with $2,000 / month for your first 90 days, then you'll switch to a commission plan where you earn 10% of the down payment plus $200 per vehicle sold.

Reasonable hours : You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM and Saturdays from 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM. Sundays? Those are all yours to relax.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY AS A CAR SALESPERSON :

As a Car Salesperson, you'll start your day by reaching out to leads and welcoming customers into the dealership with a smile. From helping folks find the right car to guiding them through the sales process, you'll be their go-to person. You'll follow up with past customers, keep the energy high, and celebrate each sale with a team that truly has fun while working hard. At Del Rio Motors, no two days are the same-and that's what keeps things exciting.

What We Need From You :

Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred.
