• Maintain, coordinate, file, track shipping documents
• Assist truck drivers with paperwork and dock assignments
• Communicate shipment information to carriers / Customer Service
• Coordinate dock assignments with team leaders and yard personnel
• Generate all shipping documents using WMS
• Work with traffic personnel to ensure loads are picked-up on time
• Fax paperwork and assign pro numbers as needed
• Need intermediate knowledge of Catalyst WMS
• Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management
• May perform other duties as directed by supervision
• Required to follow all safetyand housekeeping rules and procedures
• Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed
• High school education or equivalent required
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Very good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities
• Willingness to work all scheduled work days
• Basic computer and telephone skills
• Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
• Requires good judgment and decision making ability
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Must work well in a fast paced environment
