Reports To : Spa Manager

Job Purpose : To provide high-quality skincare and bodywork services, delivering personalized treatments and exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner. Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and recommend customized spa-to-home care to enhance their relaxation and well-being.

Job Summary : Contribute to the spa team’s success by consistently offering quality skincare and massage experiences while functioning as a cohesive team member. Support company goals, including revenue growth through product sales, return clientele, education of spa-to-home care, and promoting additional spa services.

Salary : 25%-28% commission and 20% auto gratuity
