Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to meeting the needs of students with diverse learning differences, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, and collaborating with families, colleagues, and support staff to help every student succeed.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs

Adapt instructional methods and materials to accommodate a wide range of learning styles and abilities

Provide direct instruction in academics, social skills, and behavior support

Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and specialists to ensure coordinated services

Maintain accurate records of student progress while ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines

Qualifications :

Active teaching license with a Special Education Teacher certification (required)

Experience supporting students with disabilities preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Employment Type :

Full-time or Part-time (depending on school needs)

Compensation :

35-$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
