Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers in delivering high-impact results. Key Responsibilities Lead discussions with external content partners' engineering teams to refine API and SLA contracts Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive product vision and strategy Hire, coach, and inspire a team of Backend and UI Engineers while fostering an inclusive culture Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing teams Experience delivering and operating reliable, enterprise-grade products and services Strong product mindset with the ability to define and communicate product vision Proven ability to prioritize team efforts with business objectives Experience in driving the adoption of KPIs and leading indicators for system health
