The Big Task

You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician for every job to ensure the best service for our customers.

Key Tasks

• Learn about our business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
• Accurate and detailed record-keeping in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
• Provide excellent customer service to every customer by responding to customer requests and resolving issues.
• Work well with other team members to promote a positive, win-win-win culture.

What We Offer

We also provide short-term disability, 40 hours paid sick time and 40 hours of vacation to all employees, 6 paid holidays after 90 days
