General Manager
As a General Manager, you will be a working manager responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
Maintaining initiatives in the areas of :
- Administrative responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring & training
- Performance reviews
- Product quality
- Maintenance
- Working a 45-50 hour work week
Qualifications :
A high school diploma or University degree preferredA minimum of 2 years supervisory experienceKnowledge of P & L statementsBasic math and accounting skillsStrong customer service skillsStrong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership and Conflict Resolution
