A company is looking for a Virtual Home Equity Notary Specialist to facilitate the closing of Home Equity loans remotely. Key Responsibilities Virtually close Home Equity loans and provide exemplary customer service Process and prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for loan approvals Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely loan closure Required Qualifications Must reside in Minnesota and be a commissioned Remote Online Notary (RON) Knowledge of closing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Preferred experience of up to two years in a related role Experience with Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit Current NMLS registration is highly preferred
