We're seeking a dedicated Site Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and directing the work activities of the quality function and maintaining elements of the quality management system in accordance with customer and company requirements. Occasional travel to our Fiskdale, MA location is required.

Job Type : Full-time Salary : $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Directs and coordinates quality activities within the organization.

Interacts with customers and suppliers on quality related matters.

Analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports to detect quality problems.

Reviews operations and confers with technical or administrative staff to resolve quality or processing problems.

Ensures finished products conform to prescribed quality standards.

ISO Quality Management Representative

Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating new and existing production personnel.

Maintains compliance with time and attendance policies, oversees the performance management process, conducts evaluations, and provides constructive feedback and evaluations to support employee development, and implements corrective action plans as needed

Receives and complies with verbal and written directions.

Performs and / or produces all work and / or product in conformance with G&F quality management system.

Complies with all G&F Safety Rules, Policies and Procedures.

Performs additional duties and functions of a related nature as assigned without notice.

The Site Quality Manager reports to the Director of Quality.

Experience, Education and Training Requirements :

Authorized to work in the U.S.; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Four-year technical degree, preferably in a field that provided an opportunity to gain knowledge of Statistical Quality Control and Statistical Process Control

5-7 years of quality system management or related preferred experience

Knowledge and experience with ISO9001 and ISO13485.

Reads and understands technical information as it relates to the operation of the business.

Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Working experience in metrology, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans and FMEA.

All QMS Level I and Level II procedures.

Cleanroom and other applicable Level III procedures.

Physical - Must be able to complete all requirements with or without reasonable accommodation

Wear full Personal Protective Equipment while in cleanroom environment

Must be able to lift as much as 15 pounds at times.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
