SandyPines Residential Treatment Center provides children and adolescents the opportunity to confront their personal issues, engage in a problem-solving process, test new behaviors and formulate a more constructive approach to life’s challenges. We are the largest secure residential treatment center for children and adolescents in Southeast Florida at -beds and have a fully accredited school on our campus. Our veteran nursing management team is a wonderful complement to our stable senior leadership that helps make Sandy Pines a wonderful fit for a long-term impact.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team. This position is responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR related activities.
