Job Description :

Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines, including restorative fire cleaning of structures and contents. Document progress using iCat and other software using an iPad. Communicate with the manager to make sure all customer needs are met. Support manager and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.
