A company is looking for an Education Specialist (full-time, remote). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with peers to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires Develop and implement a four-week curriculum for onboarding new cardiac device specialists Provide individual coaching and support for clinical staff to maintain quality of service Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in education, human resources, Nursing, Healthcare, Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred Three or more years of training and development experience Experience in organizing trainings and designing educational curriculum In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications
