Strategy Analyst

Overview

In this role, you'll be directly involved in sourcing and evaluating new investments, conducting due diligence for M&A and internal restructurings, and preparing investment recommendations for senior leadership and the Investment Committee. You'll also have exposure to legal document negotiation and play a role in shaping strategic initiatives through market research and internal consulting projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and excited to dive into a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of media, marketing, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present investment analyses and recommendations to the Investment Committee
• Perform due diligence and execution for both M&A transactions and internal restructuring
• Review and negotiate transaction and other legal documents
• Source and track new investment opportunities
• Conduct primary market research to drive strategy

Qualifications

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $85-95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
