A company is looking for a Student Finance Advisor I who will provide exceptional service to students by educating them on tuition, fees, and financial aid options. Key Responsibilities Advise students on program costs and financing options, ensuring accurate and complete information Proactively follow up with students to collect necessary documentation for financial aid and payment arrangements Monitor and respond to student communications and ensure successful handoff to appropriate resources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college At least one year of experience in federal financial aid, student accounts, or military benefits Preferred experience in a higher education environment
