Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events and activities
• Help manage event registration and participant communication
• Support logistics related to venue setup and breakdown
• Coordinate with vendors for catering, audio-visual, and other services
• Maintain event calendars and schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement
