Job Summary

Looking for a career where you can make a meaningful difference every day? At Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin , our caregivers are the heart of our team. We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers who want to grow in their career while improving the quality of life for others.

We believe caregiving is more than a jobits a calling. Thats why we provide ongoing training, support, and easy-to-use technology to help you succeed. Our caregivers receive access to Homewatch CareGivers University , an online training platform designed to give you the skills and confidence to meet each clients unique needs.

As an In-Home Caregiver, youll provide personalized care, daily support, and companionship while helping clients maintain comfort and independence in their own homes.

Job Description

As part of our team, you will :

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships and keep clients engaged in daily life.
  • Use our Care App to track schedules, tasks, and communicate with families and the office.
  • Observe and report changes in client condition to support their health and well-being.

    • Requirements

  • Verification of certifications (if applicable)
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care or facility setting)
  • Must pass background checks, DMV check, TB test, and drug screening
  • Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow team procedures
  • Valid drivers license and auto insurance
