The Sales Representative's primary responsibility is increasing sales revenue. PuroClean Sales Representatives devote 75% of their time to sales activities. Essential Job Functions : The Sales Representative is responsible for :
Understanding and promoting the Vision, Mission and Values of the companyUnderstanding and promoting the sales system utilized by the companyMaintaining a professional, positive attitude and appearance at all timesBeing a team player with all field staff and other members of the organizationUsing good decision-making practices in doing what is right for the company in all situationsUnderstanding all job responsibilities and supporting all direct supervisorsRecognize the authority of the general manager / owner while assisting in promoting the success of the companySpecific Responsibilities : The Sales Representative is responsible and accountable for :
Setting appointments and making cold calls as well as appointments with existing and new customersCreating and delivering job estimates in a timely mannerFollow-up on all sales activity through telephone, written, and personal contactPromoting Continuing Education courses with existing and potential clientsMeeting sales and performance goalsMaintaining weekly and timely sales activity reports, to present to the franchise owner on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to discuss current and future sales opportunities and challengesKnowing functions and goals of all profit centers, including, but not limited to, water, fire, mold and bio-hazardsWorking with all PuroClean sales process manuals and automated toolsWorking as an effective team memberKeeping current on pricing strategy and customer billing proceduresAnalyzing current customer base, local marketing, and economic conditions and competitorsJob Type : Full-time
