Job descriptionTemp-to-Hire position to $ / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 08 : 00am to 11 : 00pm) Professional Call Greeting & Etiquette Answer incoming calls promptly and with a courteous, professional tone. Use clear pronunciation and proper grammar to ensure effective communication. Uphold strong telephone etiquette to reflect positively on the client's business. Clearly identify the purpose of the call through active listening and professional inquiry. Gather all relevant information needed to assist the caller efficiently. Accurately record detailed messages, including the caller’s name, contact information, and the reason for calling. Urgent / Emergency Call Handling Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent or emergency situations. Follow escalation procedures and notify the correct contact promptly and professionally. Administrative & Clerical Support Assist with administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by clients or management. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in data entry and typing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Customer service-oriented mindset Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
