Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our team by managing the input and accuracy of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data into databases and systems.
• Verify and rectify entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular audits of entered data to identify any inconsistencies or errors.
• Review data for discrepancies and resolve any data integrity issues.
• Work closely with team members to improve data quality processes and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of personal and proprietary data.
• Generate and manage reports as requested by management or other departments.
• Provide administrative support to the team, as necessary.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
