Job Summary
Supervise hourly food service staff in the performance of duties related to but not limited to food preparation in a high volume facility, assembly and service to patients and retail customers. Direct daily activities in the kitchen, cafeteria and patient tray line. Responsible for managing the food service program and supervising food service personnel and completes other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education : High School or GED
Associate's Degree in restaurant, food management or related field preferred
License & Certifications : Food Managers Certificate
Work Experience : Two (2) years in catering
Management Experience : One (1) year in hospital or institutional food services
Communication Skills : Writing / Correspondence, Writing / Reports
Proficiencies : MS Excel, MS Word, P.C.
