Direct Care Worker

Team Select Home Care is looking for a Direct Care Worker in the Delaware County Area to join our Team Select family. We do private duty, One on one in home care with adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities and assisting with measurements, if necessary
• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to : feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, shopping, companionship
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
• Must be on time and be able to make commute
• No call outs, MUST show up to scheduled time
• Hoyer lift experience / if not we supply training
• Must have drivers license
