Finance Analyst

Responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans, properties and portfolios.

What you'll do :

• Assist with data compilation for lender decisions. Make presentation of analysis that will be used for investment decisions.
• Help Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in supervising the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios.
• Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts. Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios.
• No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
