Key Responsibilities
Manage retention of an active book of business of 15-20 Fortune 500 companies
Engage in value-add outreach aligned with clients' strategic priorities
Identify and progress upsell opportunities while collaborating with the product team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Ability to build strategic relationships to support user engagement and positive renewal outcomes
Proactive in identifying value-adding opportunities for clients
Experience managing a high-touch, high-volume client base
Self-starter with the ability to drive business outcomes autonomously
