Senior Structural Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer - Rail Transit. Key Responsibilities Develop engineering products that meet customer quality requirements, including defining problems and establishing work scope Provide detailed structural design and analysis to support active rail projects in the USA and Canada Supervise junior engineers and provide technical guidance to design teams working on projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field) 8 years or more of related work experience required; Master's degree is desirable Professional Engineer (PE) License is desirable or the ability to obtain it within one year Proficiency in utilizing BIM / Revit and associated engineering software is required Experience in the analysis, design, and detailing of concrete and steel buildings for gravity and lateral loads is required
