Job Description :

Wipro is looking for Business system analyst (BSA) with expertise in the payments domain. The consultant should have 8+ years of experience in payments implementation programs having performed role of business system analyst At least 5 years of association with ISO20022 as a solution consultant.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To undertake business analyst roles covering SDLC phases (requirements, specifications, test cases, and implementation) using AGILE methodology of delivery

2. Liaising with business teams, colleagues, third party vendor(s) & partner systems to formulate detailed requirements.

3. Interpreting user requirements and produce detailed documentation (including processes) to be used to communicate to technical and test teams

4. Producing high-level and detailed impact assessments to inform estimated effort for work packages

5. Writing, analyzing & reviewing high level test scenarios

6. Involvement in analysis & investigation of Production defects and Testing issues raised during project life cycle

7. Ability to walk-through Business Operations team the detailed requirements and the technical design to showcase the solution

8. Required to encourage best practices in the development of solutions and ensure delivery of qualitative and cost efficient system solutions for the HSBC groups

9. Expected to carry out knowledge sharing and training activities where required

10. Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and / or Banking Domain

11. Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats, payment schemes

Additional BSA skill set / experience :

12. Create Agile user stories and acceptance documentation

13. Participates in all agile ceremonies

14. BSA's facilitation of pre-grooming and grooming sessions during agile ceremonies

15. Direct interaction with the Line of Business partner's internal and external business groups.

16. Identifies and docs all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes.

17. Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.

21. Ability to adapt to a fast-learning environment and deliver as a Lead BSA demonstrating ownership and drive in a short span of time.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of Payments Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain for large payments modernization / SEPA compliance projects.
• Experience on ISO 20022, and SWIFT formats.
• Overall Banking & Financial services industry knowledge
• Experience on the operation of the payment is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions independently.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors and gain consensus and agreement
• Functional and technical understanding of payment architecture of ISO20022, core payment processing solutions and underlying payment business processes. Experience any other industry led platforms would be a bonus.
• Understanding of the basic payment hub architecture, the surround systems for payment hubs in a typical payment hub architecture
• Understanding of underlying payment flows and business processes covering SEPA, Target2 SWIFT, Outward / Inward Remittances, and experience in writing functional requirements for integration of these services with banks systems
• Well versed with payment messaging formats. Experience in ISO20022, SWIFT MT are must have .
• Should understand the workflow for bulk payments (mass pay) and single payments (high value and real time)
