Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support Merck Animal Health in driving data-informed decision-making across digital transformation and operational initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in veterinary science, supply chain, and IT to deliver actionable insights and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or animal health.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, SAP S4, and Visio or Lucidchart.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centric design principles.
