Product Manager
Copay is currently looking to hire a Product Manager within our CLC Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA, or Lexington, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing the development backlog in coordination with the Product VP and Director of Product. The Product Manager will assist in implementing the vision and strategy of the company's products, guided by the product roadmap, from conception to release. This position will work with engineers to translate features into stories and communicate our goals to stakeholders. You will own a part of our customer experience end-to-end. The team will look to you as a source of innovation and creative problem-solving. You will report directly to the Director of Product and regularly collaborate with the engineering team, sales, account management, and other departments.
As a Product Manager, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Copay will set you up for success by providing :

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Collaborating, leading teams, and holding your peers accountableCreating user stories; researching, defining, and documenting feature enhancements and bug fixesProviding user acceptance testing, ensuring the change meets the user's needsParticipating in agile scrum rituals : sprint planning, grooming, and daily standupsManaging the backlog, ensuring the highest priority requests are worked on firstCommunicating product updates; helping produce product change notifications prior to releaseManaging stakeholders, building relationships with customers, and business teams to solicit feedback on productsCreating an analysis of business cases and financials to assess and justify new product investmentsManaging entry-level product team members, specifically Business AnalystsQualifications & Skills :
BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)3+ years of related experience in ProductCollaborating, leading teams, and holding your peers accountablePresenting to senior leaders and providing clear communication on milestones and achievementsDemonstrate the ability to advance projects and influence individuals at all levelsExcellent analytical and strategic planning skills, meaning you can both identify key project areas and be able to explain their significance to different stakeholdersExcellent time management and organizational skillsComfortable managing multiple engineering teams simultaneouslyMust be comfortable working in a target-oriented atmosphereMust have the ability to work under pressure and complete the project by meeting deadlinesBenefits & Perks :
