Summary

An Am Law firm, is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice in the Washington, , office

The ideal candidate will have + years of experience in food law, with a strong focus on regulatory matters, transactions, and due diligence. Prior experience at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is highly preferred, and familiarity with Department of Agriculture (USDA) requirements are a plus.

Qualifications

• from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Minimum of six years of food law experience, including regulatory compliance,

transactional support, and diligence
