Patient Care Technician for Dialysis

Your Role : As a PCT, you will be an essential member of a dedicated healthcare team, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN). Your responsibilities will include :

• Patient Care : Engage directly with patients to deliver safe and high-quality dialysis treatments. This involves monitoring patient vitals, initiating and terminating treatments, and collecting blood samples as directed.
• Technician Duties : Ensure the highest standards by preparing and maintaining dialysis machines, performing safety checks, and adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
• Safety and Quality : Implement safety measures, including the use of personal protective equipment, and follow all relevant regulations and company policies.
