Job descriptionMinimum 6 months of field experience in support of industrial helper Must possess eagerness and willingness to learn, and receive instruction / direction from qualified industrial craftsman Must maintain high standard of safety, integrity and professionalism Ability to communicate and comprehend effectively Must meet all physical requirements Must successfully pass background, drug / alcohol testing Ability to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 49lbs Ability to work at heights in excess of 50feet Ability to push, pull, turn, hold, grab : objects, materials, controls, and tools Ability to climb ladders and stairways, work from man lifts Ability to work out on an open structure / platform using the appropriate fall protection requirements Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glass / goggles, ear plugs / muffs, masks / respirators, safety vests, gloves, and leather steel toe work boots Ability to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 49lbs Ability to work at heights in excess of 50feet Ability to push, pull, turn, hold, grab : objects, materials, controls, and tools Ability to climb ladders and stairways, work from man lifts Ability to work out on an open structure / platform using the appropriate fall protection requirements Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glass / goggles, ear plugs / muffs, masks / respirators, safety vests, gloves, and leather steel toe work boots

Responsibilities :
- Work under the direction of qualified industrial craftsman (lead)
- Provide labor support to industrial craftsman (lead)
- Knowledgeable in basic mechanical power tools
- Assist in cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Work to gain full understanding of mechanical and general labor procedures.
- Promote and exhibit safe work practices
