A company is looking for a Pool Inside Sales Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing builder accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities Conduct discovery calls to understand dealer needs and present tailored product solutions to drive upselling and cross-selling Manage sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and lead contract negotiations to close new business and foster long-term partnerships Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in inside sales or account management with full sales cycle responsibility, preferably in the pool or related industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing complex deal cycles Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products Preferred : Bachelor's degree in business or related field
